I am a Senior Technical Business Analyst with 10 years of experience in delivering data-driven business insights, specializing in the development of AI-powered solutions. Since January 2024, I have served as a Senior Technical Business Analyst at WebSan Solutions Inc., a multi-award-winning Microsoft GOLD Dynamics Certified Partner. In this role, I haven overseen the development of AI models in the cloud, including forecasting applications and business process automation solutions. I coordinate and participate in tasks through out all the phases of the software development cycle, ensuring that our solutions meet client requirements.
Throughout my career, I have consistently applied my quantitative skills to drive better business outcomes. My academic foundation includes a Master’s in Public Administration, where I developed a random-effects pooled-time series model to analyze income distribution in the U.S. using the Gini Index—a project that futher sparked my passion for quantitative analysis and econometrics. Building on this foundation, I graduated with high honors from the Business Analytics & Insights Graduate Certificate program at Centennial College in 2022, expanding my proficiency in statistics and big data analysis techniques.
Most recently, I completed a Data Science Certificate from the University of Toronto, where I expanded my expertise in machine learning, cloud computing, and data manipulation. I gained hands-on experience with DataBricks, Apache, and Azure, applying these tools in real-world projects to design and implement AI-driven solutions. Additionally, I am currently enrolled in the Data Organization for Data Analysts course at Toronto Metropolitan University, further refining my skills in data structures and analysis.
Prior to my promotion to Senior Technical Business Analyst, I worked as a Junior Technical Business Analyst at WebSan Solutions Inc. from October 2022 to December 2023. In this role, I bridged business needs with technical solutions, managing the deployment of functionalities and ensuring process and process integrity across the software development lifecycle.
